St. Patrick's Day Fun

Today we talked about the story of St. Patrick's Day. Most people associate it with all things green, four leaf clovers, and leprechauns; however, it's really about a man who found Jesus while he was in slave and then returned to share the gospel with his captors.
It turned out to be a great lesson sharing the gospel and slavery.

Of course, we also talked about some of the usual St. Patrick's Day things, like rainbows and four leaf clovers.
The lesson on rainbows led to prisms and Noah, and the clovers were just fun to put our hands in paint.

First, we had a color and separating lesson by sorting skittles.

Next, we glued them onto paper to make a rainbow

We also made a four leaf clover out using Jackson's hand and paint.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
