A Little Holiday Baking

I really love this time of year because it means lots of family, presents and BAKING! Of course the real reason for the season is the birth of Jesus Christ, but the baking is a big plus. I always make green beans wrapped in bacon and baked beans that are to die for. These beans have a pound of sausage and lots of other yummy ingredients. I also like to make cupcakes. I'm not the best decorator of these cupcakes but they sure are good. I get lots of requests to make them. This year I also attempted to make some cinnamon bread for the first time.

My messy kitchen afterwards

More messiness!

Jackson got to sample some brownies afterwards and loved them too. He starting to get a little sweet tooth!
The cinnamon bread turned out great, although I think it could have risen a little more.

I am so excited for the next week of fun friends and family.

Thanks for checking in!
