Not Much Going On

I haven't blogged much recently because we haven't had a whole lot going on. Last week was my Spring Break and I worked all week. This week is back to the grind of school. I am happy to say that my parents are back home and my life is back to normal. My Mom has been keeping J a lot while I've been working and at school.

I mentioned in the last blog post that we had finished our remodel. I am glad that is over, but I have thought of a few more inexpensive things I'd like to do inside. I think I'm going to have to do those while Jordan is gone though because he said he was done with home projects for awhile. I did buy some red paint for my front door and shutters. I have always wanted a red door! I plan on painting some maybe this week, so I'll post pictures when I do.

Today Jordan took off early to spend some time with me and Jackson before he leaves for academy. He'll be back and forth a lot, so it won't be too bad. I am looking forward to cooking a lot of things that he won't eat, like quiche, broccoli cheese stuffed chicken, pasta with asparagus, etc...

It's been a rainy last few days around here, so today I got out the bowls, ice and water and let Jackson play. He's really been into stirring lately, so he loved it!
