Ava Rose 7 Months

Ava, you are 7 months old.

You weigh 21 lbs and are 27 inches long

You are getting pretty good at keeping up with your big brother. You aren't crawling yet, but you would prefer to stand up anyway. We aren't really sure if you will ever crawl. I can finally leave you standing up to your toys and know that you won't fall and hurt yourself. 

You still don't have much hair, but we can tell that it's coming in just as red as your brothers. 

Jackson is tolerating you a little better now. Sometimes I can even get him to play with you. 

Your first word has officially been spoken

I can't say I'm surprised at this, because you love him so much.

We've been working on sleep training for the last few weeks. You aren't eating in the middle of the night anymore, but you still wake up a time or two just to get your pacifier back in your mouth. I love your personality and willingness to learn. You seem to notice every single thing that happens around you. We feed you solids about 2-3 times a day now. Sometimes you eat homemade baby food, and other times you just eat whatever we're eating at the table. 

I'm so excited about the next few months and seeing you learn all these new things. I know crawling, walking and talking are in your very near future. I love your sweetness and personality.
