Tonight I made Pioneer Woman Fried Round Steak. I'm usually not a fan of round steak because it is a little tough, but this came from Jordan's Parent's cow.
First I mixed Season Salt, flour and pepper
I peppered the steaks, as if there wasn't enough in the flour mixture
Oil the skillet
Place more fattening butter in with the oil and then fry
And since I live in the South, you have to put gravy on everything!
